相邻露天矿无煤柱联合开采技术及其协同效应分析

Non-Coal Pillar Combined Mining Technology and Synergistic Effect of Adjacent Open Pit Mines

摘要: 为了解决相邻露天矿相邻采区同向异步推进时的综合优化问题,以实现两矿储量、规模、空间、时间和设备等资源的最优配置和综合利用为目标,提出了相邻露天矿无煤柱联合开采技术的基本概念和适用条件,指出了相邻露天矿实施无煤柱联合开采需要解决的关键技术问题及解决思路。以黑岱沟和哈尔乌素露天矿为例进行了实证研究,分析了两矿实施无煤柱联合开采技术的协同效应。研究结果表明:黑岱沟和哈尔乌素露天矿在2018—2027年间实施无煤柱联合开采,可为两矿创造直接经济效益202673.7万元(现值),经济效益显著。

Abstract: In order to solve the optimization problem of combined mining of adjacent open-pit mines, the optimal allocation and comprehensive utilization of resources, production, space, time and equipment as the goal, the basic concepts and the applicable conditions of the adjacent open-pit mine non-pillar mining technology, points out the key technology the implementation of this technology need to be solved and the solutions. Taking Heidaigou and Haerwusu open-pit mine as a case study, analyzes the synergistic effect of implementation of non-pillar mining technology in these mines. The results show that: the Heidaigou and Haerwusu open-pit mine implementation of non-pillar mining technology in 2018 ~ 2027 years, can create 2026737(NPV) thousand yuan of direct economic benefits for the two mine.
